Great post. I had never thought about using grand opening more than once. I’m definitely going to put this to use on our next project. Thanks again for the insight.
Great post on grand openings. I can relate to this in the single family residential market when it comes to broker open houses. Many of the traditionalists say you should only have one broker open. I say if it does not sell by a certain time, and more importantly activity drops off, hold another broker open. Make it different and exciting and good results will surely happen. Thanks for sharing and have a great week in the business.
I agree whole heartedly. It definitely helps to keep your house or project fresh in the eyes of both the brokers and the consumer. Thank you for you input.
