Yes but isn’t true that many of us were blind-sided. That’s what caution is for and i think we need it. Good article though. What you did with Point On the River is astonishing so there’s no doubt in my mind you guys know what you’re doing. Maybe just share some of those insider techniques on the blog.

This is a helluva point. I don’t see why we should be cowed by what happened last year. There’s still money to be made or saved. Yes there are unknowns but that shouldn’t discount the knowns. Always knew you guys walk the walk, good to you see you talking the talk, too. 2010!
